Cancellation Policy

We do NOT offer refunds at this time. Instead, sessions can be rescheduled up to 5 hours before the session start time. In the case of a no-show, the customer will forfeit their session. There are no exceptions. A no-show is defined by the following: A student or parent that does not show up within the first 15 minutes. The tutor in charge of the session will make one final contact attempt at the 10-minute mark of a scheduled session.
