Service Description

Each Preschool-12th grade student will participate in a consultation. During this session, students will complete tasks and activities based on the learning area. The tutor will communicate with the parent regarding the child's performance and discuss tutoring options. Please note that we will try to accommodate your preferred consultation time, however, dates and times may be changed due to tutor availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule up to 3 hours before their appointment without penalty. Any rescheduling or cancellations within 3 hours, will result in a forfeit of your appointment. No-shows will also result in a forfeit of your session. We do not offer any refunds. --- Afterschool Tutoring Partnerships: We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy for group tutoring sessions. Please be advised that, at this time, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule sessions for absences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the group nature of our tutoring sessions, we must adhere to this policy to maintain the integrity of our program.
