SUBSCRIPTIONS

usage

Monthly subscriptions are available for on-site and virtual tutoring. Subscriptions can be used for multiple children in one family as long as age and grade level permits.

Scheduling

Upon purchasing, your tutor will help you schedule your tutoring sessions using your preferred date and time. Please note that your card on file will be charged on the same day monthly until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule private sessions up to 3 hours before their appointment without penalty. Any rescheduling or cancellations within 3 hours, will result in a forfeit of your appointment. No-shows will also result in a forfeit of your session. We do not offer any refunds.

Afterschool partnerships/
Summer programs

Please be advised that, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule sessions for absences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the group nature of our tutoring sessions, we must adhere to this policy to maintain the integrity of our program.
