Growing With Grace Tutoring is a minority-owned, millennial-owned tutoring company in the heart of Cobb County, GA. We are looking for energetic, upbeat, dedicated educators to work alongside us as on-site, afterschool tutors for Summer and Fall 2023.

Positions Include:

• Preschool-1st Grade Reading and Math Tutor (On-Site)

• ​Kindergarten-5th Grade Reading and Math Tutor (On-Site)

• 6th-12th Grade Math Tutor; ELA/Reading Tutor experience preferred (On-Site, Hybrid potential)

Qualifications:​

• Must be a certified educator/teacher with teaching experience

• Must be knowledgeable in grade-level content based on Georgia State Standards 

• Available to conduct one-on-one, in-person tutoring sessions at our Smyrna, Georgia location

• Available to tutor at least 12 hours each week (Operation Hours: Monday-Thursday 4 pm-8 pm & Saturday 10 am-2 pm)

• Preschool-5th applicants: Potentially available to support summer camp (morning/afternoons); not required, but a plus

• A willingness to participate in an onboarding and training experience

• Plan weekly lessons based on student's individual needs and learning goals

• Must be able to keep accurate data on student progress

• Communicate with parents and caregivers about students' progress

​Start Date: April 2023

Hourly pay is $25/hour and is based on experience. This contractor position does not offer medical benefits or retirement plans.
