I'm hesitant about signing my child up for tutoring. How do I know it will benefit my child?


We get it! Choosing a tutor can be both stressful and time consuming. That is why we feel it is important for both the child and parent to chat with the tutor prior to committing to a tutoring session. We encourage all new clients to sign up for a free 30 minute Consultation prior to booking.




Do you offer in-home tutoring?

What are the safety protocols you are taking in regard to COVID-19?


It is mandatory for both the tutor and the client to wear a mask during the entire tutoring session. The use of hand sanitizer and frequent handwashing will be enforced. Students will also be spaced out during all group sessions. In case of a closure, all clients will be notified via phone or email.




What is your refund policy?


All sales at the time of purchase are final. If a client is unable to make a session, please communicate with your assigned tutor prior to the start of your session. We will be happy to reschedule you at no extra charge.




Will my child have to complete an assessment during the initial consultation?


No. We believe children learn differently and there is no one-size fits all assessment to capture how much your child knows. Also, we realize that many children have "testing anxiety" and may struggle to perform to thier highest potential on an assessment. Instead, we dedicate 15 minutes during your consultation to work directly with your child. During this time we review the focus area and unpack their feelings surrounding the subject. We find that this helps us more with creating an individual learning plan for your child.
