All new clients must schedule a consultation prior to booking a service. Virtual and On-Site consultations are available. Consultations for PSAT/ACT/SAT students are optional.

We do not offer any refunds for subscriptions or package services. Sessions must be rescheduled within 5 hours prior to avoid any penalties. No-shows or cancellations within a 5-hour window will result in a forfeit of your session and a charge on your package.

Monthly subscriptions are available in 4, 6, and 8-class pack options for on-site and virtual tutoring. Upon purchasing a membership package, please note that your card on file will be charged on the same day monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time. 

Test Prep packages are not subscription-based and come in 4, 6, or 10-pack options.
